International Districts
hey!
this may seem like a stupid question since i have been on GW for a long time but i have never really been sure.... Is international district a region where (for example) just people from different parts of europe can meet or a place where anyone from any country can go and meet others from different countries. Like could an American meet up with European there? sorry if it sounds stupid and i should know but i dont so i need help |

international districts are the same for everyone, worldwide, so you can meet up with ppl that play on american or korean servers there.

GW limits the switching of servers to prevent abuse. Without limitation, the whole "global tournament" idea would be pointless. People could simply switch to whatever server has the "favor of the gods". So ANet limited that you could switch server only 3 (4?) times.
The International Districts are there to allow people from different servers (Europe, America, Korea) to meet. But the International Districts never have the gods' favor, so you can not go to UW/FoW from there. |

You also cannot get quests that require favor, like Dwayna appearing in Druid's Overlook.
Our guild is international, with people in North America, Europe and Australia so we often meet in the international districts to go adventuring together. I wish there was a way to do UW or FoW together. |
